Internet/Telephone Services

  • Completion by client of health history & exercise questionnaires by email or facsimile

  • Initial Evaluation & Assessment- Most assessments are done by the client doing home testing and measurement taking

  • eMail or Telephone discussion of results of initial evaluations

  • Recommendations made based on positive and negative habits that will affect reaching goals

  • Identification of reasonable and realistic short term goals and lifestyle changes

  • Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly email or telephone sessions to assess progress, identify challenges and obstacles and adjust lifestyle accordingly.  Client can either email or fax any journal information before scheduled assessment time.

  • Every 8-12 weeks: fitness assessment retesting and goal re-evaluation

  • Once most goals are reached or changes have become permanent, consult every 3 months or as requested by client

    Local Services

  • Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly face-to-face meetings or telephone sessions to assess progress, identify challenges and obstacles and adjust lifestyle accordingly.  For telephone sessions, client can either email or fax any journal information before scheduled assessment time.
