Oriental Salad
Makes: 8 servings
Ingredients:
2-1/4 tablespoons
Oriental sesame oil
3 tablespoons lite soy sauce
2-1/4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
3/4 pound Chinese noodles
5 green onions, chopped
2-1/4 cups broccoli, chopped
Directions:
Combine sesame oil, soy
sauce and balsamic vinegar in a bowl and set aside.
Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and add green onions.
Steam broccoli for 4-5 minutes.
Mix sauce, noodles and broccoli in a serving bowl.
