Working with weights will increase your muscle mass and your body will become more efficient and burn more calories at rest.

Cardiovascular work will strengthen your heart and help burn calories.

It really is the Incredible Egg!

Did you know that the protein found in an egg white is the gold standard by which all other protein is measured? In terms of how efficiently your body uses the protein for growth, the egg white has the highest rating of any food.

So if you are looking for a way to increase your protein, add some egg whites to your daily diet.  One white contains only 17 calories, 3.5 grams of protein and no fat!

My favorite way to eat them is scrambled with some low-fat or non-fat mozzeralla cheese.  YUM!
